We take the greatest care and pride in our professional service that provides a great choice of reptile housing, live and frozen food and specialist items as well as an amazing selection of Snakes, Lizards, Spiders, Tortoises, Scorpions, Turtles and other exotic pets.

You can place orders, securely and easily here on the website or pop in and visit our retail outlet in Harrogate, Yorkshire – we’re on High Street and we are OPEN Monday to Friday 10am - 5pm, Saturday 10am – 5pm and Sunday 11am – 4pm. We are on the main bus route to Harrogate and 300 yds from Starbeck Train Station.

Our over 35 years experience are your assurance of the care and expertise that goes into every transaction, be it for reptiles, exotic pets or supplies. With our expert and ever increasing knowledge and experience, we endeavour to provide the very best environment, equipment and advice for all our creatures.

The reptile industry is full of conflicting advice and we promote tried and tested equipment.  The fundamental issue to most reptile keeping is proper UV equipment.  To this end we offer a UV testing service that will make sure you provide the correct environment that is as close to nature as possible.

All of our display creature set-ups are tested regularly using LUX meters, UVB meters and UVI meters. We understand UV requirements more than most and we pass this on to our customers.

We’re NOT your run of the mill town centre "Pet Shop". Our aim is to supply excellent quality Exotic Pets with all the necessary equipment to enable you to have a successful reptile experience.  We will not sell you something you do not want, we will not sell you something you do not need, we will not sell you something we do not think is suitable.  If something is wrong we will tell you.  We do things for a reason - because they work and because we have tried, tested and researched them further.
