ANNOUNCEMENT
As most of our customers know we have been sharing the shop with Paradise Aquatics for a number of years now. The time has now come due to the recession & local competition for the aquatics side to now cease trading.
As from 1st July 2009 we will be taking on the entire shop which will mean more reptiles, more displays & more dry goods.
Your reptile shop will get even bigger and better. Unfortunately there will be no fish. However we will be keeping on certain lines for regular customers (eg. frozen & dry fish food & replacement filter pads).
From now until the beginning of July there will be slight disruption in the shop. We may have to close for a couple of days towards the end of the month.
We would just like to make it clear that The Creature Feature is NOT closing down just expanding.
It will become the shop is has needed to be.
Some of the ideas we have planned are:
Open top Croc enclosure;
Landscaped Tortoise enclosure;
Customer Coffee Machine/Mineral Water dispenser;
New venomous room;
New website incorporating an online shop;
Live webcam broadcasts;
skype & twitter page!

The reptile industry is full of conflicting advice and we promote tried and tested equipment. The fundamental issue to most reptile keeping is proper UV equipment. To this end we offer a UV testing service to ensure the correct enviroment is recreated to be as near as nature as possible!
All of our display creature set-ups are tested regularly using LUX meters, UVB meters and UVI meters!
We understand UV requirements more than most and we pass this on to our customers.
This is what we do
Please do not confuse us with your run of the mill town centre "Pet Shop". We are not a Pet Shop we are a Specialist Reptile Centre. We specialise in Snakes, Lizards, Tortoises & Turtles, Spiders, Scorpions and Venomous DWA species.
We are all Reptile enthusiasts...
Our aim is to supply excellent quality Exotic Pets with all the necessary equipment to enable you to have a successful reptile experience.
We will NOT sell you something you do NOT want, we will NOT sell you something you do NOT need, we will NOT sell you something we do NOT think is suitable. If something is wrong we will tell you. We do things for a reason - because they work and because we have tried, tested and researched them further.
We are getting a few calls now where people are buying items "cheap" but this is not necessarily going to be correct - always check out cheap deals before you purchase as you many find that what starts out as being cheap becomes "expensive" in the long run.
